Marketplace Seller Terms

BEAUTIHUB LTD, company number 17405234, is registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 132 Seals Drive, Ackworth, WF7 7FT. BeautiHub provides the marketplace platform; each seller remains responsible for the products they sell.

Only verified professionals may sell products on the marketplace.

• Listings must be accurate, with truthful descriptions, ingredients and origin.
• You must hold the legal right to sell the product in the UK.
• Cosmetics must comply with UK Cosmetic Regulations (assessment, labelling, CPNP notification where applicable).

• Orders must be dispatched within 3 business days.
• You are responsible for tracking, shipping costs unless platform-funded, and any customs duties.
• Sellers handle customer queries on their listings.

A 5% BeautiHub platform fee applies to every product sale taken through BeautiHub. Sellers therefore do not keep 100% of an online product sale. There is no monthly subscription to sell on BeautiHub.

Stripe's payment-processing fee is separate from the 5% platform fee and is not included in it. Both are recovered from the same customer payment, are shown as separate figures in your Money and tax reports, and the remaining amount is paid to your own connected Stripe account. BeautiHub does not add anything to, or profit from, Stripe's processing fee.

Founding 10 lifetime members are exempt from the 5% platform fee for life, and their records show “Founding 10 lifetime fee protection — BeautiHub fee £0.00.” Stripe’s unavoidable processing fee still applies to them. Money a client pays you in person, outside BeautiHub, carries no BeautiHub platform fee.

• Counterfeit goods.
• Prescription-only products.
• Expired stock.
• Anything illegal under UK law.
