Account Deletion

Both customers and beauty professionals can permanently delete their own account while signed in:

• Customers: open Account, then use Delete your account.
• Beauty professionals: open Settings, then use Delete your account.
• You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm, so an account can never be removed with one accidental tap.
• Professionals with anything still owed to clients (such as an upcoming paid booking) are shown what to sort out first before deletion can complete.

Deletion is immediate and permanent: you'll be signed out and cannot undo it.

If you can't sign in — or prefer not to — email support@beautihub.co.uk from the email address registered to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". Tell us whether the account is a customer or professional account. We'll verify your identity and confirm by email once the account and associated personal data have been deleted.

• Your sign-in and account details (name, email, phone number, password).
• Your profile, photos and any content you uploaded.
• For professionals: your public profile, services, shop, posts and calendar access are taken offline and removed from search and the feed.
• Any active membership or subscription is cancelled before the account is removed.

UK tax and financial record-keeping law requires us to retain payment, invoice and transaction records for bookings and sales that have already taken place. These records are kept with your personal details anonymised, are never used for marketing, and are deleted once the legal retention period ends. Keeping them does not keep your account active.
