Standard Stripe payment-processing fees are separate: they are deducted from the customer payment and shown on their own line in your Money and tax reports, so you always see exactly what BeautiHub charged.
BeautiHub is free to use with no monthly subscription. A 2% BeautiHub platform fee applies to online service payments from clients — including booking deposits and client membership payments — and a 5% BeautiHub platform fee applies to product sales taken through BeautiHub.
There is nothing to pay each month. When you take a service payment through BeautiHub — a booking deposit or a client membership payment — BeautiHub keeps 2%, and when you sell a product BeautiHub keeps 5%. The rest is paid straight into your connected Stripe account. Stripe's payment-processing fee is separate from the BeautiHub platform fee and is not included in it — both come out of the same customer payment and are listed separately in your Money and tax reports.
Mobile professionals — travel to your clients
IncludedMobile working is a location type, not a separate plan. Set your base area, travel radius and the areas you cover, and customers searching Mobile will find you. Business Pro also gets travel time, travel buffers and travel blocks built into the BeautiHub Calendar.
