Deposits and clear policies
Collect deposits through Stripe before a time is held and publish your own booking and cancellation policy so expectations are agreed at the point of booking.
Aftercare, reminders and product recommendations
Appointment confirmations and SMS reminders go out automatically. After a completed appointment you can recommend the products used or advised, and the client sees them inside that appointment in their own account.
